The lawsuit against celebrity
news outlet, The Shade Room borne out of claims by a plastic surgeon Angela
Kogan that rapper and business mogul 50 Cent had undergone a penile enlargement
surgery has been settled.
Legal documents viewed by legal affairs journalist Meghann Cuniff reveal that the rapper and The Shade Room have agreed to settle the suit through the U.S District Court Southern District of Florida on Tuesday the 21st of February.
Parts of the document read, “Jackson and TSR are in the process of executing their respective obligations pursuant to the agreement and will file a Notice of Voluntary Dismissal” indicative of the agreement between 50 Cent and The Shade Room to bring their short-lived battle to an end.

However, the documents also state that this agreement is only between the rapper and the news outlet as legal action against plastic surgeon Angela Kogan and her business is still in motion following her earlier attempt to pin the blame on The Shade Room last December after being named as the defendant in the ongoing suit which was filed in September of 2022.
Miss Kogan denied the allegations leveled against her following the suit on the basis of the use of a photo taken by the rapper at her establish to push claims of his supposed procedure stating that he was a client and had consented to the use of the image as a form of payment for the work done. This was countered by a response from the rapper who claimed to have only taken the photo believing that she was a fan.
A
trial date has been set for the month of July with the possibility of both parties
reaching a settlement before the due date.
