Nigerian  Superstar  Burna  Boy  has  released  a  video  for  his  single  It’s  Plenty  off  his  chart-topping  album  Love,  Damini.  Burna  Boy,  even  before  the  release  of  his  album  toured  actively  and  introduced  his  sound  to  a  new  audience;  giving  new  meaning  to  an  artiste’s  hard work.  

 

 

The  Troy  Roscoe-directed  video  shows  the  Grammy  award-winning  artiste  giving  fans  a  glimpse  of  his  life  as  a  touring  artiste.  The  scenes  from  the  video  transition  from  his  tours  to  barbershop  scene  to  a   scene  where  he  is  partying  with  friends.  The  video  which  has  since  reached  eight  hundred  and  four  thousand(804k)  views  within  twenty  hours  of  upload  gives  an  euphoric  feeling  and  puts  you  in  a  celebratory  mood.   

 

 

The  song  was  produced  by  British-Ghanaian  record  producer  JAE5  and  The  Elements.  Despite  Last  Last  being  the  song  of  the  summer,  fans  have  since  chosen  It’s  Plenty  as  their  standout  song  from  the  album   with  the  song  racking  over  100  million  streams  on  TikTok. 

 

 

Burna  Boy  earlier  this  month  set  a  new  record  on  music  streaming  and  downloading  platform  Boomplay  hitting  500  million  all-time  streams,  making  him  the  first  artiste  to  hit  this  feat  on  the  music  platform.
