CKay Hints at New Album EMOTIONS on His Birthday

Nigerian singer-songwriter CKay has hinted at the release of his upcoming album, EMOTIONS, as he celebrated his 29th birthday on July 16th, 2024. The LOVE NWANTITI hitmaker shared pictures of himself posing next to a unique birthday cake designed in the shape of a vinyl record, with the word EMOTIONS prominently displayed. Although there has been no official confirmation from CKay, the internet is abuzz with speculation, and fans are convinced that new music is on the way.

CKay is a Nigerian singer-songwriter and record producer signed to Warner Music South Africa and Atlantic Records. His international hit single LOVE NWANTITI, released in 2019, became the first African song in history to surpass one billion streams on Spotify. His debut album, SAD ROMANCE, is out now.

CKay recently released a new single titled WAHALA featuring Olamide in April, which has left fans eagerly anticipating his next project. With the success of his previous work and the buzz surrounding his birthday hint, expectations are high for CKay's sophomore album, EMOTIONS.
