GHANAIAN RAPPER M.ANIFEST TO DELIVER TALK AT HOWARD UNIVERSITY

This year marks the 50th year since the beginning of a culture which has transcended its birth and geographical location. A culture which has changed lives, been a medium for the propagation of change, a voice for the voiceless, spread across continents and birthed legends; the Hip-hop culture. 

As part of preparations towards this historical celebration, several countries, entities and individuals are putting structures in place to mark the contributions, influence, role and overall impact the hip-hop culture has had in the lives of many. 

M.anifest

One of such events is the talk being held at the Howard University School of Business by the Howard University Center for African Studies where Ghanaian Rapper M.anifest is set to speak on Wednesday, 15th February 2023.

Once a resident of the United States and one of the few socially conscious hip-hop artistes in the West-African mainstream media pushing boundaries with the culture, he is to speak and reflect on Hip-hop in West Africa ahead of the Golden Jubilee celebrations.
