Kofi Bonsrah has joined forces with KayNu to release a fresh, electrifying single titled FA MA ME, meaning “Give it to me” in Twi. This new track blends the soulful warmth of Ghanaian highlife, the irresistible groove of afrobeats, and melodic rap, creating a classy song that speaks to the heart and the hips. FA MA ME is the third single off their upcoming EP LOVE DIARY which is set to be released in July.
This song tells the story of a man reunited with the woman he loves after a long time apart. Overflowing with longing, passion, and emotional intensity, the song follows his plea for her to open up and give him all of herself — heart, body and soul. It’s a vibrant mix of romance, rhythm, and raw emotion.
Speaking about the collaboration, Kofi Bonsrah, known for his lyrical depth and cultural storytelling, shared:
“This song is about that moment we all know — when you finally see someone you've missed so deeply, and all you want is to reconnect completely. It’s passionate, but also respectful and real.”
KayNu, celebrated for his melodies and versatile vocal delivery, adds:
“Fa Ma Me is a vibe — it’s love, it’s rhythm, and it’s rooted in our Ghanaian sound. It’s got energy for the clubs but soul for the lovers.”
FA MA ME is set to make waves both locally and internationally. Whether you're a Highlife purist or an Afrobeats fanatic, this track delivers a satisfying blend of tradition and modernity.
The single was produced, mixed and mastered by celebrated producer Unkle Beats.
