Rapper Quavo of Migos fame has been slated to perform a tribute in honor of late nephew and groupmate, Takeoff at the 65th Annual Grammy Awards.
Takeoff, whose real name is Kirshnik Khari Ball, reportedly an innocent bystander was fatally shot to death outside a bowling alley in Houston on November 1, 2022. The rapper was 1/3 members of the Migos group along with his uncle Quavo and cousin Offset with whom he reportedly had a falling out at the time of his death.

On February 1, the Recording Academy announced the lineup for this year’s Memoriam segment, which is set aside in honor of beloved music icons and personalities who have passed away since the previous awards ceremony.
It was revealed in this announcement that rapper Quavo was slated to perform at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles on Sunday, February 5th alongside contemporary Gospel Music sensation Maverick City Music Choir as tribute for the fallen rapper.
The song titled WITHOUT YOU was released on January 4 and was produced by a host of Producers including Zaytoven, Murda Beatz and Mike Dean amongst others and features Vory.
