The 77-year-old superstar, known for his timeless hits like YOUR SONG, ROCKET MAN and I'M STILL STANDING expressed his gratitude for the care he has received during this challenging time.
Sir Elton, who has sold over 300 million records worldwide, described his ongoing recovery process as extremely slow, emphasizing that it will take time before he regains full sight in the affected eye. “Over the summer, I’ve been dealing with a severe eye infection that has unfortunately left me with only limited vision in one eye,” he shared with his fans. “I am healing, but it’s an extremely slow process.”
The music legend’s announcement has prompted an outpouring of support from fans and fellow celebrities alike. Renowned fashion designer Donatella Versace took to social media to send her love, stating, “Sending you so much love Elton! Feel better soon.
