Ghanaian musician Black Sherif has achieved a major milestone in his career as his debut album THE VILLAIN I NEVER WAS has surpassed 1 billion streams across four digital platforms. 

The album was released on 6 October 2022 through Blacko Management and Empire. The album contains 14 songs, and was supported by five singles, SOJA, KWEKU THE TRAVELER a remix of the single SECOND SERMON which features Nigerian artiste Burna Boy, 45 and KONONGO ZONGO. 

Black Sherif, who burst onto the scene with his unique blend of Afrobeat and hip-hop, has been gaining international recognition for his powerful lyrics and infectious beats.
