The Fantasy Dome, a prominent event venue in Ghana, was demolished by unidentified individuals on Saturday, March 16, according to Leslie Quaynor, the Chief Executive Officer of the facility, who disclosed this during an interview with Sammy Flex. Quaynor alleged that the demolition was orchestrated under the instructions of the CEO of the Ghana Trade Fair company, with purported protection from the Ministry of National Security. He stated that the facility, which he invested almost $5 million in, is currently valued at $25 million.

Quaynor recounted how he attempted to contact his security team but couldn't reach them, prompting him to visit the site himself, where he discovered that the Trade Fair company, allegedly with National Security's backing, had razed the facility using 4 or 5 bulldozers within an hour. Quaynor further revealed that he had obtained a court injunction since January to prevent the Ghana Trade Fair company from demolishing the facility, giving him time to relocate. Despite the company's awareness of the injunction, they did not respond, prompting Quaynor to stress the importance of resolving the matter in court. He criticized National Security's involvement in protecting government institutions during such actions.
Additionally, Quaynor narrated his encounter with Captain Frimpong, the leader of the National Security team on-site, who allegedly disclosed that they had been directed by the CEO of the Ghana Trade Fair to ensure the demolition occurred. As of now, there has been no response from the CEO of the Ghana Trade Fair company regarding the allegations leveled against the company.
