Diddy is potentially in hot water as federal agents are gearing up to present his sexual assault accusers in front of a grand jury.
According to CNN, whispers suggest that "possible witnesses have received notifications from investigators hinting at their potential testimony in a federal grand jury convened in New York City."
This development signals a significant step forward in the federal probe into the Bad Boy mogul, hinting at the Justice Department's intent to pursue criminal charges.
Despite the buzz, sources close to the matter revealed that the potential witnesses haven't undergone preparatory sessions for testimony. Federal sleuths are meticulously collecting evidence and tapping into potential information sources.
One insider disclosed that investigators are treading cautiously, ensuring that any potential indictment is airtight.
Several accusers who have lodged lawsuits against Diddy have already shared their stories with federal authorities, cooperating fully with the investigation. Some have even handed over what they believe to be crucial evidence.
On top of that, investigators are reaching out to additional individuals, including those who may corroborate the alleged incidents involving Diddy.
Rumor has it that one such individual is a male sex worker who claims to have been a victim of Diddy's. Allegedly, footage from Diddy's residence, now in federal hands, includes this individual.
The investigation stems from a flurry of allegations outlined in multiple sexual assault lawsuits filed against Diddy since last November—all of which he vehemently denies.
The inquiry is said to be delving into accusations of sex trafficking, alongside allegations of money laundering and illicit drug activity.
The public first got wind of the investigation in March when Homeland Security raided two of Diddy's properties, seizing various items of interest.
While Diddy wasn't present during the raids and avoided arrest, his alleged associate Brendan Paul wasn't so lucky. Paul found himself in handcuffs at a Miami airport on charges of marijuana and cocaine possession.
However, Paul managed to dodge jail time by striking a plea deal.
