3. Expenditure Breakdown: Ghana spent $3,070,067.81, covering per diems, flights, medical expenses, equipment procurement, logistics, and hospitality for the team.

4. Remaining Funds Returned: After the tournament, Ghana returned the unused balance of $2,001,772.55, showcasing responsible financial management.

5. Corporate Sponsorship: MTN contributed an additional $400,000, supporting Ghana's AFCON campaign and complementing government expenditure.
