Ghanaian alternative artiste, Juma Mufasa, is set to release his first single of 2023, Maame Water, which will be available on all major streaming platforms starting Thursday, 30th March.
Maame Water is an alternative feel-good track that showcases Juma Mufasa’s songwriting prowess and soulful sound. He sings to listeners about the woman of his dreams, doing so creatively while reiterating his 'toxic' love for this woman who is described as seductive and sexy like the mythical West-African mermaid known as "Maame Water" in Akan folklore.
According to Mufasa, “Maame Water is in no way intended to tarnish one's belief in the supernatural but rather an attempt to creatively communicate his feelings about a woman.
