Mista Myles, a Ghanaian musician, expresses his effort to overcome his demons and the anguish they cause in his first song of the year. Despite acquiring money and attracting all the women he has always desired, he is unsatisfied, and as a result, he turns to one vice or another to make him feel something.
SOBER, a new song made by NixieOfficivl, tells the story of Myles suffering with the agony of feeling unfulfilled in life. According to him, everyone is battling something and in order to conquer those fights, they always resort to something to help them deal with the pain.
He went on to say that whether it is heartbreak, disappointment, or unfulfillment, everyone turns to anything in order distract themselves from the misery they once felt. While some people turn to their loved ones for support, others turn to drink, partying, sex, and other vices.
