Swizz Beatz has gifted his wife, Alicia Keys, the new limited edition Mercedes-Maybach S-Class S680, designed by the late fashion designer and creative director Virgil Abloh. The record producer posted a picture on Instagram of the Grammy Award-winning singer sitting in the backseat of the car and Alicia Keys posted a video of the gift unveiling on her Instagram page. The couple's two sons also played a role in giving the luxurious car as a birthday gift to their mother.

The black and chrome luxury car was designed by Abloh in partnership with Mercedes-Benz' chief design officer Gorden Wagener before Abloh's death in November 2021. According to Dezeen, only 152 units of the car will be available next month. The new Maybach model was unveiled at a car show last December, where Wagener expressed admiration for Abloh's unique capacity as a cultural visionary. The car has already caught the attention of rapper Lil Baby, who has added the masterpiece to his car collection.

Swizz Beatz and Alicia Keys have been married since 2010 and have two sons together. The couple has often been seen sharing photos of each other and their family on social media. Alicia Keys expressed her surprise and gratitude in the Instagram video, describing the car as a "masterpiece" and thanking her family for the generous gift.
