Following the release of comedian Chris Rock’s Netflix comedy special Selective Outrage, nephew of deceased global Pop icon, Michael Jackson, has taken to twitter to share a few thoughts.
On Monday, the 6th of March, Taj Jackson took to his social media to thank Actor Will Smith for slapping the comedian. In his post, he referred to the special as nothing but another form of bullying which he’s had enough of. He criticized Rock for taking constant jabs at his late uncle and the entire family disguising them as jokes.
Meanwhile, in the first 30 minutes of
Rock’s new special, he is seen and heard taking swipes at the late Jackson to
which his nephew responded in a post which read, “After seeing a new clip of
him attacking my dead uncle in the first minutes of his Retaliation-I’m still relevant
special, I have 3 things to say.” This was followed by the post in which he
later thanked actor Will Smith for the incident with Chris Rock at last year’s
Oscars.
Rock also used the new special as a
platform to address the incident from a year ago, citing Will Smith as practicing
selective outrage and inspiring the name of the special.
