Ghanaian creative, Official Nak, and rising streetwear brand, Sneaker Peak, officially sealed their partnership over the weekend, marked by the grand opening of the brand’s new showroom in Accra’s East Legon. The collaboration, first announced earlier in the week, signals a fresh wave of creativity and influence within Ghana’s sneaker and streetwear space.
The signing event doubled as a launch celebration, attracting a stylish crowd and setting the tone for a long-term vision focused on elevating sneaker culture locally.
Notable attendees included Gonaboy, Free The Youth and SDK, alongside family members of Official Nak, all present to witness the official signing. The atmosphere seamlessly blended business and celebration, with guests exploring the showroom while engaging directly with the brand. The strong presence of creatives and influencers reinforced the cultural significance of the partnership, positioning it as more than just a retail move within Accra’s evolving fashion landscape.
To commemorate the launch, customers enjoyed up to 10% discounts on sneaker purchases, with many taking advantage of the offer during the event. Adding a personal touch, each purchase came with an autograph from Official Nak, who now steps into his role as Sneaker Peak’s Creative Director and ambassador.
The activation not only boosted sales but also strengthened the brand’s connection with its community, signalling a promising new chapter as Official Nak and Sneaker Peak merge fashion, culture and commerce in a bold and forward-thinking way.
