Manchester United legend Sir Alex Ferguson was spotted arriving at Old Trafford on Sunday, August 30, 2026, wearing a protective orthopaedic boot on his left leg and using a walking stick for support.

The 84-year-old former manager needed assistance getting out of his vehicle ahead of the Premier League clash against Ipswich Town but was able to make his way into the stadium under his own power. Fans outside the ground gave him a warm reception as he entered.
