Ghana’s music scene welcomes a fresh voice as Alor G, an upcoming artiste who previously featured in the viral song, FREE MY MIND with the Bhad Mayors, has officially launched his solo career with his first EP, DOWN I’M A REBEL. In a heartfelt announcement on social media, Alor G shared his excitement, describing the project as a deeply personal journey that took over a year to complete.
The young artiste detailed the challenges and emotions captured in the EP, expressing that it embodies his experiences of “Pain, Betrayal, Rage, Growth, Heartbreak, Loneliness, and Paranoia.” Alor G thanked his supporters for their loyalty throughout the creation process and invited fans to “stay with me and bring others along.”
This debut project, DOWN I’M A REBEL, is now available on all major streaming platforms. Alor G hopes it will resonate with listeners who have been on similar journeys, as he explores themes that many young people can relate to.
