Ghanaian film star Jackie Appiah has once again taken center stage, securing a prestigious nomination for Best Actress in a Leading Role at the 2024 Africa Movie Academy Awards (AMAA). Her exceptional performance in the critically acclaimed film Red Carpet earned her this recognition, cementing her status as one of Africa’s most influential actresses.

Red Carpet, produced by Samis Media and directed by the acclaimed Frank Rajah Arase, has not only brought Appiah well-deserved attention but also garnered several other nominations.
