Following the release of her hit single, SEE FINISH, which generated numerous streams on multiple music platforms, 16-year-old Nigerian rising star, Qing Madi has gradually taken the world by storm, making a name for herself on the Afrobeats scene and positioning herself to be the next big thing out of Nigeria.
In an interview with 3Music TV's Essilfua Boris at the O-Live Concert, she spoke on her visit to Ghana and blowing up after a few months in the music industry. She shared the excitement of going from having a hit song on TikTok to working with sensational Nigerian musician, Bnxn formerly known as Buju in addition to other opportunities it availed her. According to her, the song opened several doors for her including her deal with Sony which has made her journey a lot easier.
SEE FINISH according to the singer is one of the most genuine pieces she has worked on, and the most appreciative part of it for her being the impact it had on people. She recounted that she had received messages from random individuals who revealed to her how the song had resonated with them and saved their lives at some point in time.
In conclusion, she shared with the platform, plans to release her upcoming EP and a possible collaboration with the GOOD SIN hitmaker, Olive the Boy, whose concert she was at.
