Nigerian Afrodancehall star, Ruger, is taking his music across the continent with the launch of his 2026 AFRICA TOUR, which officially kicked off in early April. According to announcements shared via his official social platforms, the tour began on April 4, 2026, in Zimbabwe, marking the start of an extensive multi-country run aimed at reconnecting with his core African fanbase.
The tour represents one of Ruger’s most ambitious regional runs to date, coming on the heels of his growing global success and a series of high-profile international performances.
Confirmed tour dates highlight a strong presence across Southern and West Africa. Following the Zimbabwe opener, the artiste is scheduled to perform in Sierra Leone on April 17 before heading to Zambia on April 25. A major stop in Lusaka is set for May 2, with additional expansion into Malawi later in the year, including a headline show in Lilongwe on August 1, 2026. More dates are expected to be announced as the tour progresses.
Known for his high-energy performances and genre-blending sound, Ruger continues to establish himself as one of Afrobeats’ most dynamic live acts. With a growing catalogue of hits that resonate across the continent, the tour is being positioned as both a celebration of his journey and an opportunity to connect directly with fans on home soil.
