On
May 6th 2023, the United Kingdom witnessed a once-in-a-generation celebration as
King Charles III and Queen Consort Camilla were crowned as the kingdom's new
monarchs.
As
part of the celebrations, some artistes were scheduled to perform at the coronation
concert, including one of Africa's finest Afrobeat Superstar, Tiwa Savage.
The
Nigerian sensation graced the stage in a shimmering green gown and gave an
experience that will live in the memories of many for years to come. She chose
the song KEYS TO THE KINGDOM from the album THE LION KING: THE GIFT, which
featured Nigerian singer Mr. Eazi.
Tiwa Savage took to Instagram to share her performance with the rest of the world, along with a wonderful motherly remark.
