A$AP Rocky has addressed online comparisons between his wealth and that of his partner Rihanna, saying he takes pride in her success rather than feeling threatened by it.

In a recent interview on The Jason Lee Show, the Harlem rapper responded to discussions about celebrity couples and who holds more financial power.

“My woman got billions, I got multi-millions,” Rocky said. “Her success isn’t mine. I’m proud of my woman. No one can make me insecure because she’s richer than I am.”

“My woman got billions, I got multi-millions,” Rocky said.

“Her success isn’t mine. I’m proud of my woman. No one can make me insecure because she’s richer than I am.”

He continued that her achievements do not diminish his own.

“Her success is never my demise… I’ve done what I done for myself and I’m proud of what I did for myself," he noted firmly.

Rocky added that criticism from others, particularly those with fewer resources, would not make him feel less proud of Rihanna.

“There’s nothing another na can say to me… to make me feel insecure or less proud about my woman being successful. The f sense do that make?”

The comments come as Rihanna’s net worth is estimated at around $1 billion to $1.4 billion, driven largely by her Fenty Beauty and Savage X Fenty businesses, according to reports citing Forbes.

Rocky has built his own multi-million-dollar career through music, fashion, and other ventures.

Rocky and Rihanna have been together since around 2020 and share three children: sons RZA (born 2022) and Riot (born 2023), and daughter Rocki Irish Mayers (born 2025).

Their relationship has periodically drawn public scrutiny over differences in their professional profiles and finances, with some online commentary labeling Rocky a “kept man.”

Rocky framed his stance as rooted in personal pride and independence rather than competition.
