Ghanaian rapper, Medikal in an interview has indicated that his wife Fella Makafui agreed to his collaboration with his ex-girlfriend Sister Derby. In an interview with Andy Dosty he added that Fella was aware of the collaboration before he reached out to the African Mermaid, Sister Derby.
He said "my wife was cool with the collaboration. I told her and she listens to every song I record. She was like this guy! She knows I am stubborn"
This comes after the rapper released a song in the beginning of March with Sister Derby titled Cold & Trophies. This brought up a conversation of whether these two are back together after going separate ways in 2018. Medikal in disputing this claim said his wife understands and trusts him to do the right thing.
However, on the day of the release of Cold & Trophies, actress Fella Makafui did not publicly react to the song which created another assumption.
The rapper on the contrary has asked the public to cease making assumptions about him and his wife. Medikal in an Instagram post also said ‘’If you were a twin I will still choose you’’ when he posted his wife Fella Makafui on his Instagram.

Music star Sister Deborah and Rapper Medikal were in a romantic relationship in 2016
