Female Ejaculation Should Not Be A Measure Of Sexual Performance - Dr. Aminarh

Medical practitioner Dr. Chris Aminarh has cautioned against using female ejaculation, commonly known as squirting, as a benchmark for sexual performance or satisfaction in relationships.

Speaking on Culture Daily on the Big Convo on 3Music TV, Dr. Aminarh said widespread portrayals in adult entertainment have created unrealistic expectations, leading some people to believe that a woman must squirt for intimacy to be considered successful.

According to him, female ejaculation is an anatomical reflex rather than a skill or achievement.

“It is not based on skill. It’s not based on a level of your sexuality or a trophy that we are giving out,” he said.

Dr. Aminarh explained that some women may experience female ejaculation naturally while others may never experience it, regardless of the quality of their intimate relationships.

He said the process depends largely on individual anatomy, including the sensitivity of glands located near the urethra.

“If it’s sensitive, it works. If it doesn’t, it’s not there,” he noted.

He urged couples not to make squirting a performance target, saying this can create unnecessary pressure during intimacy.

“The problem is that it becomes a performance target. I need to make her squirt. If I don’t do that, I have not achieved the goal,” he said.

Dr. Aminarh stressed that women can reach orgasm without experiencing female ejaculation and that the two should not be confused.

He added that satisfaction in relationships should be based on mutual understanding and communication rather than attempts to meet expectations created by adult films.

“Just focus on what feels good for her. It’s not a performance target,” he advised.
