Ghana’s new crop of artistes will put Ghana on the world map, charismatic music executive Bullgod believes.
Bullgod, real name Lawrence Nana Asiamah Hanson, suggested in an interview with Nana Lion ahead of the 3Music Awards ’22 that he was convinced that the new era of music makers possessed the right balance between talent, graft, and ambition that previous generations lacked.

“I believe the new crop of artistes in the Ghanaian music industry will bring global glory. They have something that other generations didn’t have”, Bullgod emphatically stated on the set of the 3Music Awards ’22 diaries.
Bullgod knows a thing or two about music success having managed several successful artistes in the past, including popular Hiplife duo Five5, and Shatta Wale.

KiDi, Kuami Eugene, Gyakie, Mr Drew and Black Sherif were all nominated for the Artiste of the Year category at the 3Music Awards, testament to their impact and influence in the music space.
Others like S3fa, Camidoh, and Yaw Tog have all had exceptional years, coinciding with Ghana’s rise as one of the fastest-growing music markets in the world.

All of these new-generation stars have earned nominations at the 3Music Awards '22, competing against one another in multiple categories. The quality of their works and the substance of their respective brands makes this year's awards one of the most competitive schemes in a very long time.
