Ghanaian Hip hop rapper, D-Black, in an interview on 3Music TV said he stopped releasing songs when Castro went missing in 2014. The Vera hitmaker said he had made a lot of music plans with Castro until the unfortunate incident happened.
D-Black further said he felt uncomfortable performing the songs he made with Castro and this was the reason he decided not to perform at shows or release songs.
Before the disappearance of Castro Under Fire, he and D-Black had made hit songs including Siehor and Personal Person in 2014.

''I was recording once in a while but I didn't put anything out. From that period to 2020, I didn't see myself performing those songs with the person that I did the songs with''
The enjoyment minister added that during his music break, he entered into other businesses - establishing a club, producing events and more. That period birthed his entrepreneurial journey.
''I started doing events. Events like Celebrity Soccer and Bukom Banku vrs Ayitey Powers at the Kumasi Sports Stadium were done by me. These events are what I built my club on. I started doing something I was passionate about. I also signed artistes during this period and this took my time.''
Ghanaian musician Castro went missing in 2014 when he went on a trip with Asamoah Gyan to Ada. Castro was reported to have drowned and his body was declared missing together with a video vixen Janet Bandu.
After seven years of being missing, Castro was declared dead by the court in 2021. This comes as a result of laws in Ghana indicating that a person can be legally declared dead after the aforementioned years of not being found.
