Inside Glow By WornAgain: The Beauty Hub Redefining Self-Care in Tema
Lilian Forson

In the heart of Tema Community One, a new beauty and lifestyle destination is quietly building a reputation for offering more than just salon services. Glow By WornAgain is positioning itself as an all-in-one beauty, wellness and fashion hub where clients can enjoy a complete self-care experience under one roof.

Speaking on Style with Aimee Cherry, manager Lilian Forson took viewers on a tour through the fast-rising establishment, highlighting the brand’s commitment to quality service, professionalism and comfort.

Launched in January 2026, Glow By WornAgain may only be a few months old, but the studio is already attracting attention for its wide range of services and luxurious atmosphere. According to Lilian, the concept behind the brand goes beyond beauty alone.

“The story is actually really beautiful,” she explained. “It comes from a place of saving the environment.”

The “WornAgain” aspect of the brand originates from its fashion department, which focuses on upcycling thrift pieces into stylish, modern outfits. The beauty arm of the business was later added, leading to the creation of “Glow By WornAgain”. A name that reflects both transformation and sustainability.

From the moment clients walk through the doors, the space is designed to feel welcoming and relaxing. Guests are greeted warmly and even offered tea and snacks while waiting for services.

The studio houses several departments including hair care, nails, massage therapy, facials, waxing, barbering, photography and fashion design. Clients can purchase wigs and bundles, get custom wig installations, enjoy luxury massages, receive skincare treatments and even shop ready-to-wear outfits all within the same location.

“We wanted people to feel like they don’t have to move around to get different things done,” Lilian said during the interview.

One of the standout features of the space is its wig room, which offers a variety of wigs ranging from affordable everyday styles to luxury, high-end pieces. The studio also provides sew-ins, leave-outs, braid installations and customised wig-making services.

Glow By WornAgain also places strong emphasis on skincare and wellness. The facial section offers treatments such as hydrafacials, anti-ageing facials and extractions aimed at helping clients achieve healthier skin. Lilian stressed the importance of proper skincare habits, encouraging people to cleanse their faces regularly and seek professional treatment when necessary.

Beyond beauty treatments, the studio’s fashion department is another major attraction. The team specialises in corporate wear, bridal outfits and luxury custom pieces while also embracing sustainability through upcycled denim and thrift transformations.

The brand additionally includes a photography studio, allowing clients to book birthday shoots, graduation shoots and other sessions after completing their beauty appointments.

Despite the luxurious ambience, Lilian insists the studio remains affordable for a wide range of customers.

“Our prices are pretty standard,” she noted, adding that clients are often surprised at how accessible the services are after seeing the elegance of the space.

Hair washing services start from GH¢100, braids from GH¢350, massages from GH¢400 and facials from GH¢500, while waxing and nail services are also priced competitively.

Glow By WornAgain has also introduced promotional packages and loyalty rewards to attract and retain customers. According to Lilian, the brand regularly offers seasonal discounts and couple packages, especially for massages and facials.

Like many growing businesses in Ghana, the studio has faced operational challenges including unstable utilities and the pressure of building customer trust in a competitive beauty industry. However, Lilian believes consistency and professionalism are helping the brand stand out.

“In the beauty industry, it’s a game of trust,” she explained. “People need to trust your services before they commit.”

With plans already underway to expand its fashion showroom and introduce more experiences, Glow By WornAgain appears determined to become one of Tema’s leading lifestyle destinations.

For Lilian and her team, the goal is simple: create a space where beauty, comfort and creativity come together seamlessly.
