Kuami Eugene Dismisses Claims of Decline After Lynx Exit, Says Career Is Thriving
Kuami Eugene
Ghanaian singer and songwriter Kuami Eugene has pushed back against narratives suggesting that his career has slowed down since his exit from Lynx Entertainment, describing such claims as inaccurate and driven by public perception rather than facts.

“People are only creating a narrative that things are dwindling after I left Lynx Entertainment, but things have been going very well since I left,” the Highlife and Afrobeats star stated, addressing ongoing conversations about his post-Lynx journey.

Kuami Eugene, who spent several years under Lynx Entertainment and released multiple chart-topping songs during that period, has parted ways with the label. Since then, fans and industry observers have closely monitored his moves, with some speculating that his visibility and momentum had reduced without the backing of a major label.

However, the singer insists that the opposite is true. According to him, life after Lynx has brought growth, freedom and continued success, even if it is not always loudly advertised. He explained that success does not always have to be measured by constant online noise or comparisons with previous phases of one’s career.

While he did not go into full detail about his current projects, Kuami Eugene hinted that a lot of work is happening behind the scenes, including new music and strategic plans that reflect his evolution as an independent artiste.

The award-winning artiste also touched on how public narratives can sometimes overshadow reality, especially in the age of social media where assumptions spread faster than verified information.

Kuami Eugene’s stance adds to the growing conversation about artistic freedom, sustainability and what success truly looks like beyond traditional structures.

As he continues to carve his own lane, Kuami Eugene remains confident that his journey post-Lynx is not one of decline, but of steady growth.
