Nigerian singer Temilade Openiyi, popularly known as Tems, has clinched the Best African Music Performance award at the 67th Annual Grammy Awards for her hit single LOVE ME JEJE.  

The prestigious event took place on February 2nd, 2025, at the Crypto. com Arena in Los Angeles. Tems emerged victorious in a fiercely competitive category, underscoring her significant impact on the global music scene.  

In her heartfelt acceptance speech, Tems expressed profound gratitude. She also dedicated the award to her mother, adding a personal touch to the momentous occasion.

LOVE ME JEJE has been celebrated for its unique blend of Afrobeats and soulful melodies, establishing Tems as a leading figure in contemporary African music.
