Cameroon-Born US-Based Rapper Big Hookz Set for Ghana Tour

Internationally acclaimed hip-hop and Afro-fusion artiste Big Hookz is set to visit Ghana from September 30 to October 4, 2026, for a promotional and media tour aimed at connecting with Ghana’s vibrant music and entertainment industry.

Born in Cameroon and raised in Germany before establishing his career in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area of the United States, Big Hookz has built a reputation that extends beyond music. He is an entrepreneur, executive producer, record label executive and CEO of Str8Team Entertainment, with more than a decade of experience in the global music industry.

His sound blends Hip-Hop, Afrobeats, Dancehall and R&B, and he has worked with internationally recognised artistes including Gyptian, Kevin Gates, Styles P and Mike Jones, alongside emerging talents from Africa, Europe and North America.

Big Hookz’s catalogue includes projects such as Visionary (No Days Off) and several singles that have collectively amassed millions of streams across digital platforms.

Beyond his work as an artiste, Big Hookz has also focused on developing the next generation of musicians through Str8Team Entertainment. He has further shared his experience in the music business through his book, From The Music To The Money, which offers aspiring artistes insights into navigating the business side of the entertainment industry.
