There are plans to create a television show that follows Céline Dion's early years.

The My Heart Will Go On singer's family has officially approved a dramatized version of her upbringing for the first time with Growing Up Dion [working title].

Her brother Jacques Dion is producing, and her nephew Jimmy Dion is writing the program, which is based on Dion, A Family Saga.

The production, which follows Dion's early years in a modest, music-loving home in Quebec, is being showrun by Zoë Green (Sirens, Carnival Row).

Her relationship with her mother Thérèse and the close-knit dynamic of her 14 siblings molded her road to international superstardom.

The project, originating from Diamant Rouge Entertainment in Los Angeles, is currently being marketed to foreign buyers.
