Chef Abbys is still soaking in the moment after securing one of the biggest highlights of her culinary and creative journey serving as the culinary partner for King Charles’ Birthday Celebration in Ghana.
Sharing her excitement on social media, she revealed that she collaborated with the Chef at the British High Commissioner’s Residence to curate a special Ghana–British fusion menu for the royal event.
The menu showcased her signature creativity, featuring dishes such as Waakye Wrap, Scotch ne Meko, Farmers Cup (plantain and mushroom), Loaded Yam, Bangers and Mash, Fante Fante Gnocchi and the standout Sobolo Cheesecake.
