One of Accra’s most beloved nightlife destinations, Garage Ghana, has announced it will be shutting down for good on Sunday, June 29th, 2025, marking the end of a vibrant 5.5-year journey that helped shape the city’s after-dark culture.

Known for its electric atmosphere, eclectic music, and unforgettable events, Garage Ghana became a staple for locals and visitors alike, a go-to spot where music met flavor, and vibes ran deep into the night.
In a heartfelt message shared on their platforms, the Garage team expressed deep gratitude to the countless patrons, artists, DJs, and creatives who made the venue more than just a bar — but a cultural hub.
“This is not just a goodbye,” the message read. “It’s a celebration of everything we’ve built together. Join us for one final night filled with music, flavor, and vibes.”
The farewell party on June 29th promises to be one for the books, as friends and fans of Garage Ghana gather one last time to dance, reminisce, and toast to the memories.
As the curtain falls on this legendary spot, Accra says goodbye to more than a venue, it bids farewell to an era.
