The Cube Vision-produced sci-fi thriller, directed by Cube himself, reinterprets H.G. Wells’ classic novel with a gritty, urban twist, showcasing a diverse cast led by Cube and his son, O’Shea Jackson Jr., battling an alien invasion in a dystopian Los Angeles. The trailer, released on Cube’s social media and X, features pulsating beats from his upcoming album MAN DOWN, with the single INVASION serving as the soundtrack, amplifying the high-stakes action and eerie visuals of towering alien tripods devastating the city.

Fans on X erupted with excitement, praising the trailer’s intense visuals and Cube’s bold vision, with one user calling it “FRIDAY meets INDEPENDENCE DAY.” The film, a passion project for Cube, blends his signature storytelling with sci-fi spectacle, emphasizing community resilience against otherworldly forces.
