Renowned international artiste Jahmiel has been unveiled as the headline act for the highly anticipated BHIM Concert, a popular Africa-Caribbean music extravaganza initiated by the talented musician Stonebwoy.

Now in its seventh edition, the annual music and arts festival is set to take place at the Accra Sports Stadium on Friday, December 22. Promising an immersive experience, the event aims to foster unity among African and Caribbean communities through a carefully curated lineup featuring diverse musicians from various corners of the African continent and the diaspora.

Jahmiel, celebrated as a reggae and dancehall superstar, rose to fame with the 2015 breakout hit GAIN THE WORLD. His success continued with internationally acclaimed singles like YEARS TO COME in 2016, STRONGEST SOLDIER in 2017, and U ME LUV in 2018.

Jahmiel & Stonebwoy

The BHIM Concert 2023 marks Jahmiel's inaugural performance in Ghana, marking his entry into the Ghanaian music scene through the collaborative track MOTION with Ghanaian BET award-winning singer Stonebwoy. The track was part of Stonebwoy's 2020 LP, ANLOGA JUNCTION, which received the prestigious Album of the Year award from ReggaeVille.

Founded by the esteemed Ghanaian-international musician Stonebwoy, the BHIM Concert has solidified its position as one of Ghana's largest and most attended artiste-led music festivals, building on the success of previous editions. Since its inception, the festival has featured an impressive lineup of highly acclaimed musical artistes from across Africa and the Caribbean, including Busy Signal, Beenie Man, Morgan Heritage, and more.
