Kanye West Accused of Sexual Assault, Sex Trafficking by Former Assistant
Kanye West
Kanye West (now legally known as “Ye”) is facing serious new allegations from former personal assistant Lauren Pisciotta, who recently filed an amended civil lawsuit accusing him of drugging, sexual assault, sex trafficking, false imprisonment, and more.

Pisciotta alleges the misconduct occurred while working for West from July 2021 to September 2022. According to the complaint:
During a studio session in Santa Monica—co-hosted by West and Sean “Diddy” Combs—Pisciotta claims her drink was intentionally laced. She reportedly awoke feeling disoriented and severely impaired after only a few sips.
On a work-related trip at a San Francisco hotel, West allegedly violently forced his presence into her room early in the morning. Pisciotta says he forcibly kissed her and restrained her while masturbating in front of her until falling asleep  .
The suit claims he also groomed potential sex partners via his team by offering job visas and photo-shoot opportunities, effectively “trafficking” women to him and even gifting partners of these women to friends  .
Pisciotta further alleges he used his private jet to isolate her, masturbate in her presence, and encouraged her to procure sexual enhancement products for him  .
In addition to sexual violations, she asserts West reneged on a promised salary of up to $4 million and withheld severance, contributing to a hostile work environment  .

Kanye West’s representatives have emphatically denied the claims, accusing Pisciotta of blackmail and extortion and saying her allegations are part of a strategy to secure money.

These allegations echo broader patterns of legal scrutiny faced by high-profile figures in music. In June, West publicly attended Sean Combs’s New York sex trafficking trial and has faced multiple lawsuits from former employees alleging harassment, unpaid wages, and toxic workplace environments.

The amended lawsuit is currently pending in Los Angeles County Superior Court. Pisciotta is seeking both compensatory and punitive damages, including legal fees. There is no indication of criminal charges at this time.

This lawsuit adds to rising demands for accountability in the entertainment industry. Drawing parallels to similar high-profile legal battles—including those against Combs, Pisciotta’s case highlights systemic concerns about abuse of power and exploitation in artist support roles.
