British-Ghanaian soul artiste Nectar Woode brought a treasure trove of vinyls and personal anecdotes to 3Music TV’s Big Conversation, peeling back the layers of her musical journey for an eager audience. Tracing her evolution from her self-released debut single FOR THE BEST—a leap of faith after years of hesitant songwriting—to EPs like NOTHING TO LOSE and HEAD ABOVE WATER, Nectar’s catalog is a rich tapestry of Soul, Jazz, and Electronic influences.She treated viewers to live snippets of fan favorites, including the uplifting GOOD VIBRATIONS, now a UK supermarket staple, and 30 DEGREES a breezy ode to rare London sunshine crafted with songwriter Jez Ashurst.
