Teddy Swims, the Atlanta-born vocal powerhouse, has unveiled the second installment of his debut album, I’ve Tried Everything But Therapy (Part 2), released on January 24th, 2025.   This release follows the massive success of Part 1, which featured multi-platinum global hits like Lose Control and The Door.

The 13-track album showcases Swims’ signature blend of soulful melodies and heartfelt lyrics. The tracklist includes:

1. Not Your Man

2. Funeral

3. Your Kind of Crazy

4. Bad Dreams

5. Are You Even Real (feat. Givēon)

6. Black & White (feat. Muni Long)

7. Northern Lights

8. Guilty

9. It Ain’t Easy

10. If You Ever Change Your Mind

11. She Got It (feat. Coco Jones & GloRilla)

12. Hammer to the Heart

13. She Loves the Rain

Collaborations with renowned artistes such as Givēon, Muni Long, Coco Jones, and GloRilla add depth and diversity to the album. Notably, Black & White, a duet with Muni Long, has been highlighted for its expressive vocal interplay and musical experimentation.

Critics have lauded the album for its emotional sincerity and Swims’ dynamic vocal performances. The Financial Times noted that while some tracks may feel like filler, others, such as Hammer to the Heart and Black & White showcase Swims’ expressive vocal prowess and willingness to experiment musically.   The Guardian highlighted Swims’ retro soul style, reminiscent of Motown and Stax, though it pointed out that some lyrics portray women as enigmatic and deceptive.

In conjunction with the album release, Swims has announced an extensive 2025 tour. The tour is set to kick off on May 9th at Hard Rock Live in Hollywood, Florida, and will span multiple cities across North America, including Jacksonville, Orange Beach, and Wilmington.   The tour will also feature performances at major festivals, such as Lollapalooza Argentina on March 22nd and Lollapalooza Chile on March 23rd.   Tickets are available through various platforms, including Ticketmaster and Live Nation.

Tour Dates

Fans can anticipate a captivating live experience as Swims brings his soulful narratives and dynamic stage presence to audiences worldwide.
