Ghanaian singer, songwriter and producer, Akwaboah, has announced the upcoming release of a new song titled SAME SAME (We Are One), a personal project aimed at promoting unity and collective spirit toward the World Cup.
The musician shared the message while rallying support for the initiative, describing the record as a song that celebrates togetherness and shared identity. According to him, the project is inspired by the spirit often associated with global sporting events like the FIFA World Cup, where music and football unite people across cultures and countries.

SAME SAME (We Are One) is expected to capture themes of solidarity, hope and unity, encouraging people to come together under a common vision.
The song is scheduled for release on March 20, 2026 with supporters already being encouraged to rally behind the project and help amplify its message.
