Akwaboah Unveils Soulful Masterpiece LIVE & PERSONAL, Honoring Ghanaian Highlife Legacy

Ghanaian highlife artiste, Akwaboah has officially released his highly anticipated music project, LIVE & PERSONAL, marking a significant milestone in his illustrious career. This nine-track live recording is a heartfelt tribute to three generations of the Akwaboah musical dynasty, from his grandfather, Master Bob Akwaboah, to his father, the legendary Kwadwo Akwaboah Snr., and Akwaboah himself. Featuring timeless classics like his father’s  AWEREKYEKYERE alongside his own hits such as ASIKYIRE and MY DARLING the project blends rich highlife instrumentation with soulful storytelling, capturing the raw energy of live performances. Akwaboah’s posts express his excitement, describing the project as a labor of love to “feed home” with authentic Ghanaian music, resonating with fans eagerly awaiting its release.
