R&B legends Brandy and Monica are finally hitting the road together for their first-ever co-headlining tour, The Boy Is Mine, named after their iconic 1998 Grammy-winning duet that ruled the charts and became a cultural phenomenon.
Set to kick off on October 16th in Cincinnati and wrap up on December 7th in Houston, the tour will span 24 cities across North America, including major stops at Brooklyn’s Barclays Center (Nov 20), Newark’s Prudential Center (Nov 21), and Atlantic City’s Boardwalk Hall (Nov 22). Fans can also expect powerful performances in Los Angeles, Chicago, Oakland, and more.
Joining the duo on the road will be special guests Kelly Rowland, Muni Long, and American Idol winner Jamal Roberts, promising an unforgettable night of powerhouse vocals, nostalgia, and celebration.
The tour follows years of public tension between the two stars, who famously clashed during the height of their success in the late ’90s. However, recent years have seen Brandy and Monica reconcile, appearing together in a highly watched Verzuz battle in 2020 and even teaming up with Ariana Grande for a Grammy-nominated remix of The Boy Is Mine in 2024. Speaking on the tour, both singers emphasized a new chapter rooted in mutual respect and sisterhood.
“This tour is a full-circle moment,” Brandy said.
“It’s about womanhood, growth, and giving our fans the love they’ve shown us all these years,” Monica added.
Fans can expect a mix of solo classics like Brandy’s “I Wanna Be Down” and Monica’s “So Gone,” along with live renditions of their beloved collaborations.
Pre-sale tickets go live on June 26, with general sales starting June 27th across most platforms. With two of R&B’s most influential voices uniting on one stage, The Boy Is Mine Tour is shaping up to be one of the biggest music events of 2025.
