Renowned for its stunning natural beauty, cultural richness, and dynamic lifestyle, Cape Town continues to captivate both locals and global travellers alike. From the iconic Table Mountain to its pristine beaches, world-class vineyards, and vibrant arts scene, the city remains a magnetic destination that offers something for everyone.

According to survey results, an overwhelming 97% of locals reported that Cape Town makes them feel happy, while 82% described their city as “beautiful.” This sense of pride and joy has played a key role in maintaining its global standing.



The accolade reinforces Cape Town’s reputation as not just a scenic hotspot, but a thriving urban hub with soul — where natural wonders meet creativity, community, and celebration of life.

Tourism officials and city leaders have welcomed the news, calling it a testament to the city’s resilience, innovation, and the deep affection both residents and visitors hold for the Mother City.

As global travel continues to rebound, Cape Town’s repeated win is expected to further boost international interest, encouraging more people to explore the magic of South Africa’s coastal gem.
