Chris Brown
Grammy-winning R&B star Chris Brown is set to release a brand-new single titled It Depends on Friday, July 25th, 2025, marking his second solo release of the year.

The announcement was made via Chris Brown’s official social media pages, accompanied by a cryptic teaser that has already stirred excitement among fans. The new track follows the success of his June release Holy Blindfold, which introduced a more cinematic and emotional tone as part of Brown’s 20th anniversary celebrations in the music industry.

It Depends comes amid Chris Brown’s Breezy Bowl XX Stadium World Tour, which recently concluded its European leg and kicks off in North America on July 30th in Miami. The timing of the single’s release suggests it may debut as part of the live tour setlist.

The song will be available on all major streaming platforms starting midnight Friday.
