Fantasy Thriller NINE Premieres in Ghana at Silverbird Cinemas on November 29th

Directed and executive-produced by Ghana’s own Chris Attoh, who also stars in the film, Nine tells the story of a Los Angeles homicide detective who travels to Ghana to investigate a string of ritualistic murders. However, what begins as a murder investigation soon unfolds into a supernatural conspiracy that threatens lives and unearths age-old mysteries. Vinny Curry joins the project as Co-Executive Producer, adding his unique vision to this highly anticipated film.

The screenplay is crafted by writer-actress Erica Joy (The Family Business, The Black Hamptons) and Briana Cole (The Marriage Pass, Played and Betrayed). The ensemble cast features a lineup of international talent, including Rosemary Zimu (Shadow, Savage Beauty) in the lead role, supported by Chris Attoh (Lace, A House Divided, Sylvia), Kate Henshaw (Blood Sisters, Chief Daddy), and Damien D. Smith (Snowfall, The Purge). Additional cast members include Chasity Saunders, Juliet Ibrahim, Adjetey Anang, Zynnel Zuh, Sika Osei, Gideon Kojo Boakye, Ijeoma Grace Agu, Pascal Aka, and Darlyn Adu-Gyamfi.

Set against the vibrant backdrop of Accra, Ghana, Nine follows a forensic consultant and a U.S. homicide detective as they race to stop a sinister group of nine hooded female assassins. This elite group is determined to thwart a supernatural force that could achieve immortality by the next Blue Moon, leaving a trail of ritualistic murders of young women in its wake.
