MOLIY, Silent Addy, Skillibeng & Shenseea Hit No. 1 on Billboard U.S. Afrobeats Songs Chart With Shake It to the Max (FLY) Remix
Billboard No. 1
The Billboard U.S. Afrobeats Songs chart crowns its first new No. 1 of 2025 as the remix of Shake It to the Max (FLY) by MOLIY and Silent Addy, featuring Skillibeng and Shenseea, rises from No. 2 to take the top spot on the chart dated May 17th.

This achievement marks the first time all four artists have reached No. 1 on the chart, making it a historic moment for each of them.

With its ascent, Shake It to the Max dethrones Tyla’s long-dominant hit Push 2 Start, which spent an impressive 20 consecutive weeks at No. 1 since its debut on the Dec. 28th, 2024 chart. Until now, Tyla’s track had been the only song to top the chart in 2025.

The remix’s success reflects not only the growing global appeal of Afrobeats but also the power of cross-genre collaborations in driving the genre forward.
