PinkPantheress has officially released the music video for ROMEO, the nostalgic, rock-infused closing track from her May 2025 mixtape Fancy That.

First teased in a viral TikTok snippet back in April 2024, ROMEO quickly became a fan favorite for its bittersweet lyrics and early-2000s high school movie soundtrack energy. The track explores unbalanced affection and emotional self-protection, with the singer positioning her partner as a ROMEO while keeping her own guard firmly up.

The newly released visual leans into the song’s cinematic qualities, pairing dreamy, guitar-driven melodies with imagery that evokes teen romance films of the mid-2000s. True to the track’s tone, the video balances whimsical charm with a subtle undercurrent of melancholy, reflecting the song’s themes of fleeting love and guarded hearts.
