The organizers of the Radio and Television Personality (RTP) Awards have officially unveiled the 2025 nominations, setting the stage for the highly anticipated awards ceremony scheduled for February 2026.
The announcement highlights outstanding radio and television personalities, programmes and media brands that have demonstrated excellence, consistency and innovation across Ghana’s broadcast landscape over the past year. The nominations span a wide range of categories, celebrating achievements in radio presentation, television hosting, production, news, entertainment and emerging digital media.
According to the organizers, the RTP Awards remain committed to recognising professionalism and impact within Ghana’s media industry while encouraging healthy competition and continuous growth among practitioners.
Since its inception, the RTP Awards have grown into one of Ghana’s most respected media honours, acknowledging individuals and institutions whose work continues to shape public discourse, entertainment and information delivery nationwide.
With the nominations now public, anticipation is expected to build in the coming months as industry players, fans and stakeholders await the final ceremony in February 2026, where winners will be crowned based on performance, audience impact and industry relevance.
