The West African Examinations Council (WAEC) has announced the release of provisional results for candidates who sat for the 2024 West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE).
Candidates can now access their results via WAEC’s official online portal at www.waecgh.org. The council has advised candidates to follow the instructions on the portal carefully to check their results without any issues.
WAEC also released performance statistics for the examination, providing insights into candidates’ overall performance across various subjects. While detailed figures are yet to be published, initial reports indicate a general improvement in some core subjects compared to the previous year.
The council reminded candidates to report any discrepancies or challenges with their results through the appropriate WAEC offices or channels for resolution.
WAEC further warned the public against falling victim to fraudsters or unofficial sources promising to alter or upgrade results, emphasizing that the official portal remains the only legitimate platform for accessing results.
For further inquiries, candidates and stakeholders are encouraged to contact WAEC through their helplines or regional offices.
