3Media Networks has appointed Cyril-Alex Gockel, popularly known as C-Real, as the newest addition to its management team, assuming the esteemed role of Brands & Marketing Manager. 


C-Real's journey through the world of creativity, marketing, sports and advertising has been nothing short of remarkable. Emerging onto the scene with his unparalleled talent as a rapper and musician, he has steadily climbed the ladder to become a leading voice in Ghana's creative landscape.







Founder and creative director of Pulse Communications, a powerhouse marketing and advertising agency, C-Real brings a wealth of experience garnered from collaborating with a plethora of local and international brands. Not stopping there, he co-founded Ridge City Women FC, as part of a vision to elevate Ghanaian football onto the global stage, with a keen focus on female athletes. 


Not merely content with laying the groundwork for his aspirations, C-Real has made his mark as a multi-nominated creative artiste and award-winning writer, recognized among Ghana's elite in Marketing & Brand Consultancy.


His portfolio boasts an impressive array of collaborations with esteemed brands such as UNICEF, Ecobank, GIZ, MTN, Fidelity Bank, among others, showcasing his versatility and impact in the marketing industry. As a partner, C-Real was pivotal in the election of Ghana’s first edition of the global franchise - Social Media Week which saw engagements from global icons such as Google & Meta to mention a few.




Adding to his responsibilities, the self-taught audio & video editor, award-winning poet and multi-nominated songwriter takes on the role of stewarding the 3Media Networks brand. With a mission to nurture and uphold its image, personality and promise, ensuring unwavering resonance with its audience.
